HISTORY

Established in 2025, The One Church United Fellowship of Churches and Ministries (OCUF) exists to serve and strengthen small churches—defined as congregations with 150 members or fewer.

The vision and name of this ministry were originally shared with Pastor Tony Ray Smith by his ministry assistant, Elder Edrick Harris. With Elder Harris’ blessing, Pastor Smith embraced the opportunity to develop a fellowship rooted in that vision.

Though officially launched in 2025, OCUF has been a shared passion and calling in the hearts of Pastor Smith and Elder Harris for over 15 years.
